Project Description
The project focuses on designing and developing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for animal healthcare and production in real world settings. The models developed will aid the prediction, visualization and management of various diseases of animals and production economics in pre-developed Apps. The goal is to create models (LLM, APIs, Dashboards, Analytics and other predictive models) that enhance functionality, experience and various use cases of Software Applications to be deployed. This research will leverage advanced statistical methods, deep learning, machine learning, analytics tools, and proprietary data to enhance the application’s usability and interactive capacity.

Team Needs
Open to undergrads and grad students in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Multidisciplinary Studies, etc. Ideal mentees must be motivated with an interest in artificial intelligence, data science, modeling, and coding with Python.

Special Opportunities
Students will gain exposure to cutting-edge technological tools and methodologies used in animal systems research. Opportunity to contribute to real-life solutions and learn research methods, get publications, and collaborate with industry experts. Networking and Mentorship opportunity which will open doors to future collaborations, internships, and job opportunities.
