Project Description
This position will involve assisting graduate students in fecal fermentation experiments. Additionally, a human clinical trial involving a nutrition intervention of sumac tea and probiotic supplements will be starting. Assistance will be needed regarding clinical trial management and biospecimen processing.

Team Needs
Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week anywhere from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm.

Special Opportunities
Gain skills regarding anaerobic fermentation, clinical trial management, and biospecimen processing. Possibility to obtain research credits.
