This form is to create a project and register as its Team Leader. If you are not a faculty member, an email will be sent to your faculty mentor or supervisor for permission to participate in this program.

This is just the initial planned number of team members for planning purposes. You can ultimately decide to have from 3-8 team members besides yourself, although you may want to consider leading a second project team if you plan to have more than 5.
When registering, most team members have “available” openings on their team. You may already have selected 3 or more team members prior to registering, so that your project will be posted as “full”
Describe any skills, perspectives, experiences, motivations of one or more team members that would be an asset to your team. Also note any particular requirements necessary to participate as a team member.
