Project Description
This research investigates the effects of trauma-informed professional development on educators’ confidence, instructional practices, and student outcomes. It aims to prepare educators to support students impacted by trauma effectively. This research address significant deficiency by providing educators with trauma-informed methodologies that emphasize understanding trauma’s effects, fostering resilience, and nurturing classroom climates. Implementing these practices, educators can enhance student engagement, reduce disruptive behaviors, and support equitable educational outcomes.
